been born and raised here. She graduated from Colorado State University
with a BA in Liberal Arts, and minors in Anthropology and History.
Being a history person, she is pleased to be in Cripple Creek helping bring
some of the history back to the small town, with the melodrama and other

great opportunities to learn more about the inner workings of theatre.

Publicity
Ruth Zirkle-Zalewski

they enjoy hiking, traveling and spending time with their dog CB. Ruth
loves working with the Mackins and the Cripple Creek Players...here's to
a full house in 2002! |
|
Rick Koehn
This is Rick’s third year with the Cripple Creek Players!
He is a certified concert lighting director with over twenty years in the
business and also has an associate’s degree in electronics. Rick
works for the City of Cripple Creek as the Butte Opera House Technician
throughout the year where he runs lights, sound and the movie projector
along with many other technical aspects of the theatre. Rick has
lived in Cripple Creek for nine years with his wife Michelle and two children.
Michael J. Eddy
Michael is very excited to be working with the Cripple Creek
Players for the first time. Over the past eight years, Michael has
had the honor of working on over 100 productions with many of Arizona’s
finest theatre and dance companies. Some of his favorite experiences
have been Children Of Eden with Phoenix Theatre, West Side Story with Valley
Youth Theatre, Romeo and Juliet with Southwest Shakespeare Company and
Dames At Sea with Music Theatre Arizona in Tucson. He has received
13 AriZoni Awards for his work. Michael would like to send a special
thank you to his wife, Laura, for all her support and love. |
Rob Stevens
Rob loves working for the Mackins and couldn’t be happier
to be back in Cripple Creek (106 Degrees in Tucson). Often referred
to as Arizona Bob, Slacker or the guy asleep under the stage, Rob possesses
a seemingly endless capacity for appearing competent in fields he knows
nothing about. This uncanny ability has landed him fantastic work
doing vastly varied jobs he is unequivocally and ridiculously unqualified
for. So it was with some surprise and delight that Rob found himself
back for his second inexplicable appearance as technical director.
During his stay here Rob could be seen enjoying all our fine town has to
offer: pushing donkeys out of the way of the table saw, running into Steve’s
tractor in the fog, scraping rust off his tools after a sudden downpour,
doing jumping jacks in the snow to stay warm or chasing flats down Galena
Street in a windstorm. If his luck holds perhaps next Spring will
find him here once again enveloped in billowing clouds of saw dust, cutting
boards too short, stapling his shirt to the work bench, spilling paint,
sanding his knuckles, wheezing up Pikes Peak, gluing his pocket shut….
Special Thanks To:
Charlotte Cox for all her help with costumes and
she also has the difficult task of maintaining the costumes throughout
the summer season and does a wonderful job.
Dixie Clare long time friend and artist for her
help with painting the sets.
And to Terry Smith, Sound Man, for a great job
once again this year.
Also to David Cillo for his support and assistance.
And to Casino Cuts, now located next door above
the Horseshoe Saloon, for the maintenance of the wigs. |
